Henri Coanda Express Train

It's a combined line (train/minibus) that makes the connection between Otopeni Airport and Gara de Nord Train Station (Bucharest North Train Station). The train doesn't stop at the airport, but at a nearby halt called "P.O. Aeroport H. From there you will be taken by a minibus to the airport.

A trip costs around 7.65 lei (valid for both train and minibus) and it takes about 1 hour.

Henri Coanda Express operates between 06.20 AM - 22.10 PM, everyday. From Gara de Nord you have connections with the Metro (M1 line and M4 line), buses, taxis, etc. You can buy the tickets from the ticket offices inside the railway station or if you are at the airport from the ticket booth inside the Arrivals Terminal. For more information about the train timetable or to buy on-line tickets, you can visit: www.cfrcalatori.ro or call the information number: 021/ 9521

This transfer service can be quite confusing and probably it will be better for you to use the bus lines 780/783 or the taxi.

Note: This service is temporary and it may be cancelled.
